Oslo Red Cross has used the services, provided by “UAB Baltic Domus”. The works were done in our premises at Dynekilgata 9 in Rosenhof. Here, the team renovated old premises and turned them into office space. Furthermore, they renovated our cabin in Vettakollen in Oslo.

We are highly satisfied with the way both projects were completed.  The employees did a great job at the agreed time.

The company “UAB Baltic Domus” painted the townhouses in Lilleberg housing cooperative, Oslo.

The painting works consisted of 2-layer painting works in three townhouses with 28 apartments, 2 mailbox stands, partitions between the apartments, fences in front of each apartment.

In addition to painting, they replaced rotten boards.

Arturas has also patched and painted the foundation wall.

,,UAB Baltic Domus,, renovated a large part of our 3-story wooden house (Sveitser hus from 1893). A big part of their job was to remove old rotten wood beams in the fasade, restore the 3-story balconies with new structure, new membrane, flooring and cut-out wood ornaments. Another big part of the job was to remove old paint from the fasade and to paint the fasade, windows, doors and balconies with traditional “linolje” paint. The carpenters did an excellent job in rebuilding old, broken parts to resemble the original parts as precise as possible. The painters also did well in getting the old house back in good shape. We are very happy with the final result and also very pleased with the correspondence throughout the whole process. We early on came to trust the manager Arturas Jonutaitis as a man to keep his word when it comes to all agreements, prices and job descriptions.
